Jakap is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of our multifunctional camera application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the Jakap App (the "App") and its associated services (the "Services"). Unlike many applications, Jakap does not require account registration or login, meaning we collect minimal personal information to provide our core functionality. We respect your privacy and are dedicated to ensuring that your data is handled responsibly and transparently.

2. Information We Collect

Since Jakap does not require account creation, we do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or social media profiles unless you voluntarily provide such information when contacting our support team. The information we collect is limited to data necessary for the App to function properly, and all collected data is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it.

3. How We Use Collected Information

All information collected by Jakap is used exclusively to provide and improve the App's functionality for your personal use. We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties for commercial purposes. Specific uses of collected information include:

• Enabling camera functionality, including preview adjustment and brightness control
• Processing voice commands to facilitate hands-free operation (processed locally on device)
• Storing your color palette preferences and background settings
• Maintaining your shooting history for easy access to previously captured content
• Managing the gold coin system for image download functionality (local only)
• Improving App performance and fixing technical issues (using anonymous usage data only)

4. Data Storage and Security

All user data and content captured using Jakap are stored locally on your mobile device by default. We do not store your personal data or captured content on our servers unless you explicitly choose to share content through optional App features (which require your explicit consent). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the App from unauthorized access, but you are responsible for securing your device and any content stored on it.

You have full control over the data stored by Jakap on your device and may delete the App and all associated data at any time by uninstalling the App or using your device's storage management features. Deleting the App will remove all locally stored data, including shooting history, preferences, and gold coin balance.

5. Third-Party Services

Jakap may integrate with limited third-party services solely to enhance core functionality, such as device operating system features for camera access, storage management, and voice recognition. These third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies, and Jakap is not responsible for their data practices. We only integrate with trusted third-party services that comply with standard privacy protection practices.

We do not use third-party analytics tools that collect personal data, and all usage analytics (if any) are completely anonymous and used only to improve App performance and user experience.

6. User Control Over Data

As a Jakap user, you have complete control over your data and privacy settings at all times. You may:

• Grant or revoke App permissions (camera, microphone, storage) at any time through your device settings
• Delete individual or all captured photos/videos from the App's history
• Clear all App data and preferences through your device's application settings
• Uninstall the App to remove all associated data from your device
• Disable voice command functionality to prevent microphone usage

Changing permission settings may affect certain App features, but will not prevent you from accessing basic camera functionality.

7. Children's Privacy

Jakap is intended for use by individuals of all ages, but we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has used the App and provided personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information from our systems (if applicable) and restrict further access if necessary. Parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the App and device permissions.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our App features or privacy practices. Any material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or by updating the effective date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
